Yeah, women's organisations use this to produce statistics that 99% of rape is done by men so that they can get government funding. Women see rape subjectively which I think is more horrible.

So going by this definition aside from getting caught on the act, (b) and (c) are in direct contradiction with each other and you have to take either one at their word.I'm guessing the placement is not accidental and (c) might as well not exist.

Surely that should negate pretty much all cases of "regret rape". It is phrased such that both (b) and (c) need to be true for an offence to be committed not just (b).
