(Obligatory sorry for bad english)
TL:DR : My job is hell. How can i deal with it?

I'm 19 years old and live in Brazil, where the economy is basically destroyed. After a long time looking for a job i was able to get one on SUS (Sistema Unico de Saude, translated Unified Health System), which is basically our healthcare system. My job is basically to visit the homes of the people in my neighborhood to see if they are fine. It's basically useless, but hey, i needed the money.

The Work itself is not hard, and i can meet the monthly number of visits very easy (we have to ask for signatures to prove that we are doing our jobs). The problem is my co-workers: They're all women (which is not a problem, most of them are nice), but some, especially my boss, are some of the worst people i had the pleasure to meet.

She got her job through political influence (she's a friend of the Mayor of where i live). Recently we had elections here, and she wanted everyone to march asking votes for the mayor ON OUR DAY OFF. We weren't technically obligated to go, but my life (and for some of our co-workers) basically became hell after that. Since my job is mainly on "the streets", i can avoid her most of the time, but when i'm on the building where i work, there's always "something that i did wrong". It's not only with me, but with a lot of my co-workers: We get harassed everyday for things that we didn't do or for things that are not our problem.

To avoid writing a huge text, basically my job is hell. I'm slowly losing my sanity, and sometimes i think that being homeless would be better than working there. I'm looking for advice from people that had shitty bosses and how you guys dealt with it.
