I'm pondering legal issues, because that kind of stuff interests me. also when my son gets older I intend to tell him DONT GET MARRIED! But if you insist, don't get married get a reproductive contract. Here's my thoughts on what a rough draft of such a document would look like. I'd like to hear your thoughts on how a prenup Reproductive Contract (AKA Live in Sperm Donor Contract) would look like.

  1. this is not a marriage contract, but is intended to replace and supercede any marriage contract, or prenuptual, or postnuptual agreement. no other contract may alter or replace this contract in a court of civil or criminal law (no other contract's come before this contract)

  2. the contractee's agree to engage into a reproductive relationship in order to fullfill each other's desire to bear a specific number of offspring specifically (enter number here), and to continue to fullfill each others sexual desires on a regular basis even after children have been produced. (sex and children are mandatory

  3. if either party engages in sexual reproductive acts, non reproductive sexual acts, or flirtatious/affectionate relations with a non family member of the opposite sex they void the responsibilities of the other person's obligations in this contract, except for article 7. (no cheating or the other gets out)

  4. A religious ceremony may be conducted, but will not super-cede, or replace these contractual obligation.

  5. if either party cheats or abstains from regular sexual relations, the cheater/abstainer not only looses all rights in the contract and to child custody, but looses the protections of this contract.

  6. both parties (man and woman) hereby permanently waive, forfeit, abandon, relinquish, forego, lose, relinquish and surrender any and all rights to any form of child support, alimony, or any other provision of money, in any form to each other forever and ever from the beginning of time until the end of time, by all laws of all lands. This contract also establishes a permanent equalizer. If any judgement is ever levied on behalf of one party against the other, by any judge of any court, in any jurisdiction ever, the judgement is first of all null and void due to this pre-exiting contract, and must be repaid to the payer, by the payee, in full and can be sought through any other civil court jurisdiction so chosen to neutralize that payment. This applies to all judgement, alimonies, child support payments, or any other contractually obligated monies to be paid from one party of this contract to another. This article (6) will be adhered to after disolvement by cheating, or failure uphold their contractual obligations.

  7. both parties agree to provide for the well being of all offspring in non monetary form only, providing clothing, food, shelter and safety for those children until they are of legal age (18 years of age). This is not intended to represent any form of money, payment, alimony or child support in any way. This article (7) will be adhered to after disolvement by cheating, or failure uphold their contractual obligations.

  8. Both parties are LEGALLY OBLIGATED to maintain full employment and pay for their own expenses. This specifically includes individual clothing allowances, credit card bills, or entertainment/mad money. Both parties are obligated to maintain seperate banking accounts, and file taxes seperately as head of household, due to the fact that this is not a marriage contract. Both parties are required to keep retirement and investment accounts seperate. but insurance policies on each other are allowed and encouraged. This article (8) will be adhered to after disolvement by cheating, or failure uphold their contractual obligations.

  9. All cohabitation expenses will be paid for on a 50/50 basis regardless of salary status. This includes jointly owned property such as; homes, cars and utilities (insurance, electric, trash, heat, food). After making basic cohabitation expense payments neither party may demand payment of any kind from the other. This article (9) will be adhered to after disolvement by cheating, or failure uphold their contractual obligations.
