it can easily backfire, but it could also reverse backfire (if you fuck her you might get trouble, if you dont fuck her she might get resentful and then you get trouble too) . how long do you plan on working here? how is the pay? is it worth losing your job over this lady? are false rape accusations possible?

if your answers are generally implicit of "i can leave the job and be fine no matter what happens" i say go ahead and do it but be very cautious and tread the fine line between being alpha and also subordinate to your boss. its a very precarious situation and a single misstep can mean bad things so again, think and act.
