What are your thoughts on this? I feel like being in my mid 20’s is the perfect time to not only progress my career, but also move around (even to cities where I don’t know anyone). Also, is it bad if women are a part of this equation? I live in a big city but I’ve been here for 7 years and it’s just the same kind of scene (same clubs/meeting places, same women, friends doing the same stuff most weekends).
There are solid companies in the cities I’m interested in, and my quality of life would most likely be better (weather, opportunities, women...etc.), so why shouldn’t I just make a move? I can be spontaneous, maybe even slightly impulsive at times, but I really think the best personal development came from when I moved to my current city not knowing anyone.
Anyone have experience approaching life in this manner? Curious to see how it’s worked out for others.
