LONG POST AHEAD!

Today we switched classrooms and seating order was changed. My boys sat in the last row and naturally I sat one row ahead because my seat was taken by other guys. Now these two girls approach and say:

"This is our table"

I said "I know, but my seat is taken"

Now girl 1 who absolutely hates my guts says:

"So tell them to move"

Side note: I've been studying TRP material on sidebar, especially with assertiveness and holding frame, thats why my next response was:

(Sitting up straight, deep voice, piercing eye contact)

"Tell them yourself"

Shocked. Myself (didn't show it), the girls and guys behind me.

Mate: "That was was an alpha move"

Girl 1: "No that was an idiot move"

Me: "Thats ok"

And the conversation was over.

Questions: is this what 'holding frame' is? How did I do?

More side notes: While writing this I realized that throughout highschool I was a borderline cuck and most definitely a simp. Me from 6 months ago would immediately ask the guys to move and then apologize to the girls. I personally think that conversation pointed me in the right direction. Following the advice from TRP really helped with this; I started lifting and socialising more, and now Im making new friends while some toxic people around me are literally falling out with me and Im unphazed by that, which I think is good.

Thanks for reading.
