Good family with strong father
Wants children
Thinks more with her mind than her vagina, most of the time.
Kind and supportive
Cooks, cleans and sucks dick on demand
Does things without asking
Always happy to fuck
Well mannered and doesn’t swear or like to hear swear words
Feminine in manners and dress
NO TATTOOS
Long hair but some short haired women with a bob cut are ok too. At least tried to grow hair long or medium length.
Graceful in dresses and heels.
Modest and religious (I’m not religious but this has helped filter out a majority of slores)
Dislike social media, don’t use insta/never heard of snap or TikTok/ minimal or zero facebook/never heard of tinder and find it abhorrent etc. Basically hate smartphones or spend very little time on them.

These are also a combination of you being a Masculine Man who has his shit together and is good with women and knows how to treat them.

Also always have a plan for every LTR.

I think the typical list of red flags is bullshit. I have seen girls with no tattoos and decent job acting filthy and having no cookings skills and tattooed girls cooking meals for me.

I have a long term plate who is from a traditional eastern european background. She believes in gender roles and has an educated professional job. (She is a physician). She is as close to an LTR that I have. My list is so stupid that it is like looking for a unicorn...or it means most girls esp in western society are not fit for a ltr. (Thank feminism for that)

Usually I look for these traits:

No kids
Within 12 years of my age. (Stats show anything greater wont last long term and I try to refrain from ltr because I dont want a chick to waste her prime marriage years 26 to 32 on me if I'm not serious).
Religious upbringing
Lower than 4 N count. Girls lie though.
No tattoos or ridiculous piercings
Highly educated or high acheivement (medical field, professional engineer, lawyer, or successful entrepreneur), no liberal arts, or left wing phd stuff. I prefer a woman with technical backgrounds.
Minimum upper middle class upbringing if not highly educated.
Has both parents and a good relationship with her father.
No criminal record
No credit card debts or stupid debts. If she has a mortgage or line of credit related to business etc that is fine. Car payments. Student loan debts I'm weary of.
Not ugly or fat
Treats people with respect
Not entitled
Frugal or financially savvy in relation to her income. Of course if she made over 6 or 7 figures I wouldnt expect her to only shop at walmart.
No extreme liberals, feminists or sjws.
DTF for me only
Has integrity and honor
