I dated a woman with six kids briefly. She was surprisingly good looking, 7/8 with make up and dressed up. Overall, great personality, good looking, fun, we fucked everytime we met including on the first date. But, in the long run it all came down to logistics. I knew I wasn't going to be staying in the area where we met and she was anchored there by her ex-husband and 6 kids. We've stayed friends, but never gonna do that again.

I don't understand why people put pictures of themselves with their children in their dating app photo. I can see mentioning that you have children, in order to alert the guys who are absolutely uninterested in women with children, but the pictures of them are a little much. It feels like they are saying, "You aren't going to date me, you are going to wine and dine my whole family." I'm not even a guy and it is a huge turnoff!

There had to be someone who'd be willing to snap a pic of her, or look over some of her other pictures/selfies and help her pick out a nice one of just herself.

I said it before--if someone started a business writing nice ads for people and looking over their pictures for them, they'd probably make a fortune if they were any good at it.

Let's say I'm a single woman who likes to cook and loves Italian food. I might write something like this--this wouldn't be the whole post, probably, but it would include something like this.

"Looking for a guy who likes to try new things in the kitchen and has a weakness for Italian food. There's a great Italian place here______. Why don't we meet up and let me treat you to a delicious meal while we learn a little bit about each other?"

Now for the guys out there reading this on this sub. If you saw a personal ad that talked about liking to cook, plus telling you that you'd get treated on the date for once, wouldn't that make you take notice? You might not be interested, but wouldn't that at least make you pause a little bit while you were swiping?

These women need to change it up a bit. They all say the same thing--they don't talk about what they like to do, they don't talk about what might happen on the date so the guy can feel somewhat prepared and not awkward as hell, and they NEVER offer to pay for anything.
