I've recently met her. The plan is this(public setting) - we play tic tac toe, maybe some thumb wrestling or something as an excuse for her to touch me (and for me to touch her), to make her comfortable and then we go to town lol

That's the (more or less) plan. Any advice for a noob in preescalation?
