Summary: Many of our thoughts come to us automatically, especially those involving women. Learn to recognize the patterns in your head.

I want you to ask yourself something, right now: How much time do you spend thinking about women? How much of your head-space is rented out to the girls you see jogging down the street, the ones you see sitting in front of you in class, the ones that invade your dreams, and the ones that you're already fucking or will be soon?

If you're like me half of the time, then your answer will certainly be too fucking much. I have days where the abstraction of coitus will corrupt my consciousness every ten minutes. Reading the Red Pill? We're talking about pussy. Browsing the news? Recommended articles lead you to pictures of half-naked ass. At the gym? Holy shit look at that bitch squatting 200 how would her crevices feel against my junk..?

Sometimes these thoughts are fleeting and benign. But sometimes they're maddening. If you're deprived, if you're in monk, if you're doing your best avoid porn and jerking off at all costs, than pussy is going to sound very, very good. Also, you know that if you get it it's probably going to meet these previous expectations. This is your amygdala's formula for thinking about tail all the fucking time. It's wired in, and you're not going to stop it.

Sometimes its good to think about girls. Hell, none of us would be approaching and developing strategy for how to effectively do as such if we didn't have a consistent and nagging longing within our reptile brains and loins. Here's the kicker, however: These thoughts and fantasies are often rooted instinctively, and thusly automatic. Since they're often automatic, that means they're probably out of your control.

Do any of us want things out of our control to control and direct our action?

This isn't some mumbo-jumbo about how you should cut the thought of women from your mind completely and focus on yourself. You won't be able to do it and you'll certainly frustrate yourself trying. Thoughts of supposedly illustrious vagina careening towards your face are going to continue to distract you.

However, there's something about certain patterns of thought that we often forget to realize, and that's the fact these patterns often become automatic. We've lived with them so long that we forget the profound effect they have on how we perceive our world, and subsequently how we act in it. I know that, at this very moment, I find myself consistently thinking about women, in my life or out of it.

Ping! There's a text from one right now.

When you really think about it, how many of the goals you have involve, at some later stage, getting pussy? How much of your education is undertaken for the simple fact that you wish to appear educated, instead of actually being educated? This isn't all of you, and I'll try to avoid generalizing, but if we're straight up with ourselves then its easy to see how so many structures in our lives are structured around others that aren't us.

Thinking because you thirst for knowledge, knowledge for its own sake, affords one an insurmountable enthusiasm for understanding. Putting time and effort and sweat into a hobby or career that may or may not pay off is always rewarding as long as you have passion for what your doing. If you want to become informed because you think you'll be more attractive, or become a master at something you only tolerate because you think it will make you more attractive, then you're wasting the efficacy of your enthusiasm for something (pussy) on the possibility of it's future payoff, without bringing enthusiasm into the activities you find yourself undertaking today. You're depriving yourself of life's marrow now because you think, just maybe, you'll have enough pussy to make up for it in the long run.

Actually, most of us don't think that far ahead and plan these things using the words I just arranged above. We think about women all the time and because of that we subconsciously arrange our priorities around them. I don't want to tell you to stop lifting because you're doing it for vag. What I want is for you to make yourself aware of how often you actually let women enter the domain of your mind. Maybe you're content with how much or little you think of them; maybe you're disgusted. Either way, it's simply best to become aware. What you choose to do with the awareness is up to you. Control of your own cognitive dominion is the most powerful weapon in your arsenal. It's your frame. It's your abundance. It's your goals and your very idea of self, whether you believe in that kind of thing or not. To point such a tool in the direction that you've preordained requires that you know what's cluttering it first. And for many of us, that thing is the consistent, nagging thought of women.

Lessons learned: You're going to think about pussy, and since there's no getting around it the best thing you can do is become aware of how much mental energy you waste on sordid fantasies involving females. Once you've developed this capacity, you can better reform your mind to the standards you choose to set for it.
