I'm married and it keeps me from getting comfortable.

It helped me create new boundaries. I've identified from stories shared on here by other woman as hypothetical reasons I'd leave my husband. A decade ago, when we were dating I had this fairytale love in my head: unconditional forever love. Fuck that. FDS reminded me I have conditions for my love and for my marriage. Thank you. He may be a HVM, but if he proves to be in a long con with me, I'm out. It's my responsibility to be a HVW, and his to be a HVM.

It opened my eyes to the phrase: if he wanted to, he would. That has been life changing... Not just towards my husband, but to myself/coworkers/friends.

I'm also grateful for this being a woman's space. Thank you.
