There are two parts to this:

Devalue your attachment by creating new opportunities with other girls.
Understand that you have already built attachment and that you are not thinking straight. You have wired your brain to think about her regularly and that bond will require time to break. You will have a feeling of withdrawal and doubts, but that’s just part of the process of your brain working through it. Give it at least 3 months before you start to let you go.
