Dude, you've been a boyfriend to this girl for six years. If you've truly been "practicing the sidebar" she is probably more attracted to you now than she's ever been, unless she's gotten tired of you as well (which it doesn't sound like).

There will be no pain-free way (for her) to end it. But you don't need to be unnecessarily cruel if she's done nothing wrong--it sounds like she's stood by your blue-pilled ass for six frickin years.

Man up, take responsibility, and just give her a reason why you're breaking up with her. If you can't stand the sight of her any more, say something like, "I've grown apart from you, and I want to be free to date other women. It's not fair to either of us to stay in a relationship with no future."

She's a human being who has committed herself to you for six years. She has feelings and you should break up with her with as much respect and empathy as possible.

I'm hoping you have valid logic reasons to end a six year relationship. Whatever they may be, explain them to her. She deserves that.

Just because some women branch swing and give bs reasons for breaking up, doesn't mean she deserves to be kicked to the curb. Let her down softly and even offer to be her friend.

She's been intimate with you for 6 years, ghosting her would destroy her.

Neutral or bad terms= "This isn't working for me anymore. We're done. Best of luck."

I hope you think this through before pulling the trigger. This is six years we are talking about. Seems you're newish to trp, I could be wrong. Instead of leaving a six year relationship why not lead it more into what you now see as an ideal relationship.
