they are banging you for a specific reason, they have justified it to themselves. So the level of effort is usually lower than a non attached chick in my experience

Depends where I meet them. If it's in a place where the norm is assuming everyone who talks to you wants to fuck you, then I don't acknowledge it when she says she has a boyfriend and game like normal.

If I meet them at like college, I'd play it more slow. Ask questions like what they would do if their boyfriend asked for an open relationship. Also stuff like what's the worst thing they've done. Ask if they've ever been cheated on/what would they do if they were cheated on. If she implies she might forgive a guy for cheating, she 100% has cheated and may cheat again under the right circumstance. Obviously not all these questions at once.

I also flirt with taken women if I don't know their boyfriend, and if they confront me to stop, I chew them out for trying to decide what comes out of my mouth. If she doesn't like what I have to say, that has nothing to do with me. I deny the fact that me flirting with her is an admission I'm trying to make something happen. I'm saying risky shit because it's fun to be audacious. If the mood is right, I'll make a joke like "Well I don't see a ring on your finger."

Maybe backpedaling from that like I just made a 9/11 joke or some shit if I have to. Backpedaling is usually discouraged, but I think it's fine so long as you save it for when you actually do push a boundary too far, or when you know she's about to actually chastize you 100%, so you take the wind out of her sails by doing it for her. Also reinforces the idea that you're just this person who would say wild shit to anyone, not just her.
