From my personal experience, most women I know will not always directly say they want a man who makes bank, but their actions always seem to be the opposite to me. Even if they're rich. Look at every single celebrity woman you find online and they all date rich guys period, but you can find countless famous men that don't care at all. In fact ask most guys if they care if a woman is poor or rich and they will usually say they don't care.

The reason generalizations exist is because they continue to produce effective results, yes you have the odd ones out for both genders, but generally this seems how it is to me and for that reason, I find it difficult to believe that men and women are equal in terms of what salary or social status they look for in one another.

Help me see things clearer and I'm open to reasoning that's why I am, but I have many questions on my mind.
