That's not even a problem perse. I put myself top priority and so do many MGTOW. We also put women at the low end.

The difference is as a man you may be following some honor code of your own, or made up by somebody else, that limits how far you want to go, while looking out for number one.

The common problem is the unrealistic expectations many men have of women.

What I like about this is that you can also see it as modern men struggling to hold up all of these pieces above them, oblivious to the fact that they don’t really need to carry any of it in the first place.
