Tl;dr beta sees how upset "his" mate is because I trolled her sister. Loses frame, try's to show alpha traits, and end the end walks away talking smack trying to save face.

Body: So my kids mom tried to get back with me some years back. I rejected her and she found a beta bux. Fast forward a few years to last week. The exs sister starts trying to shame me with "you arent a real man, etc". I realize who she's dating and he's a beta drunk/junky/loser so jokingly pointed this out and "offered" to show her what a real man is about. Remind you it was 100% trolling. Well, she tells the ex about our exchange and now the ex thinks I want the sister. Rofl, yeah, single mom/2baby daddies/bpd/alcoholic/junky so she's a real winner. The ex was obviously upset, but it wasn't anger it was jealousy. Her beta boyfriend must have picked up on it, I sure did. He lost frame and started making threats, spitting on my car, acting a damn fool trying to show "his" mate how alpha he was. For the 2nd time in a week I've watched a woman show disgust on her face towards a blue pill beta trying to mate guard/white knight.

Lesson learned: If you show insecurity towards another man and start acting violent and white knighting you can expect for your woman to lose some respect for you. It has the opposite effect that blue pill betas think it does, and you can see it on the woman's face. Betas don't see the contempt that develops.
