I can't give you a working formula, all I can give you is what has helped me and others.

First, keep your red pills to yourself and this forum. Especially don't talk to the wife about it.

Second, I suggest meditation to everyone. You will need the clarity this can provide you.

Third, train yourself to spot hypocrisy, brainwashing, red herrings, and propaganda.

Fourth, decide what you want to do about your relationship. If divorce, then try to work out a way to split amicably. If you don't think it's possible, glass her fucking world. Get a shark that has been proven to win cases FOR MEN.

Fifth, has to do with red pill rage. Find your healthy outlet for aggression. Lift iron. Run. Draw. Read. Generally I try to lean towards physically draining stuff. It's hard to be angry when your phisically exhausted.

And last... How are you, man? You hanging in there?

Hard to offer specific advice without more detail. I found the pill while married, but my marriage was already better than most I think, at least based on what I've heard.

True happiness comes from within - it is a choice that you have to keep making. If you are looking for relationships to provide you with happiness, then you will be disappointed. If you were already looking within to find happiness, then finding TRP wouldn't affect it. You are still clinging to blue pill notions about what a relationship is for, so your first order of business should probably be to actually choke down that fucking red pill.

I've used TRP to make my marriage even better, and I still find myself here wondering if it is even worth it to me to be in a relationship. But at least my happiness will never again be influenced in any way by what some woman thinks of me, thank fuck. Internalize this red pill truth and achieve psychological freedom: bitches ain't shit.

Realign your priorities. I am guessing you were like most men who were working towards a family, wife and children one day. When the curtain gets lifted and shown to be a scam all you have to do is realign what you want. Realize now is your chance to become something and work on yourself. Realize that although ignorance is bliss doesn't mean that it's better then knowing the truth. Now that you know the truth you can spend all your time and resources on yourself. You can try to retire early and travel the world or whatever you want to do. Think of it as gaining something instead of loosing something. Like yeah you are loosing out on marriage, family and children but the reality is you are missing out on a lot of things that most likely will end up causing you a lot of issues. In your head marriage, family and kids has been built up to be something incredible but now that you know that the reality isn't like that you need to come to terms with the fact that your old dreams were a lie to trick you into thinking that path is a better one. In reality being free to do what you want and when you want is the most liberating thing that you can ever do. I will never go back because I have never been this consistanty happy

Yes and no. Red came too late for me as well. But it actually got my marriage on track again. I retook control and leadership thanks to Red. Before I was drowning not knowing what I did wrong, felt her walk over me. I went to her and said: look, things are going to change right now. I'm working, paying for everything in the house. You're at home most of the time. So hence forward: the housekeeping is on you. Cooking, laundry, cleaning. IDGAF how you manage, you manage. If something heavy needs moving or done: call me in. Furthermore: no more shit testing, no more letting me down in public EVER and if you have a bad mood: merrily choke it down. Are you in real pain? Let me know. You don't like it? Nobody is forcing you to stay here. You know your way out. I got some muttering but she complied. And for real: I have never seen her shine more than she does now. I still provide to all her aspirations, which are within reason and she seems genuinely happy. But I radically stopped spoiling her. Everything I give her she is genuinely happy about. So this shit either works or she is in need of an Oscar right now. Either way I don't care. I would never marry if I had known then what I do now. But I do like this new status quo.
