I used to think a lot about my Oneitis. Try these things.

Fake it till you make it.
While talking to current friends and family avoid initiating her topic and don't react if someone else mentions just give a smirk. (Some People just want drama and to feed off your suffering trust me I've see it.)
Learn the art of forgetting old pussy without new pussy in your life. If it's hard fuck different women, prostitutes if it suits you.
Remember something similar/bad happened to you in the past you thought you couldn't get over it. But now you laugh on your old self OR you think "I wish I went through that phase quicker and moved on with life to do different things". Realize one day you'll be laughing on this phase of your life. Start looking at current you as future you and the timespan of this phase will be shorter.
This point may sound BS Law of Attraction thing but it has helped me : Actually believe you got over her and it will stop affecting you.
Consciously control your last thought of night and first thought of the day. Just find something more important or interesting.
