Interesting, that the men run alone.

I guess to show the men chasing women as an advert for men comes across to obvious as 'Catch women', which in today's misandric soup seems a bit rapey. Besides, most men know they already can outrun most women, and don't need fancy shoes to do it.

Back when I was in retail selling footwear I used to avoid male customers because despite clearly liking what I'm selling, they first had to get their wife's opinoin by either calling or returning another day with them.

I used to work at a place that involved print based and web based advertising. Let me give you my unsolicited opinion :)

Tbh, in these examples I would've used all the female centric pics except the bridge/city one (2nd female pic) but only black guys photo (3rd male pic), purely due to quality.

The last male ad looks like it came from 2010 not 2017 fps.

That's the question you gotta ask. Why are they picking better quality photos for women? I bet there are some cases where subject comp are reversed but disparity in quality remains consistent.

Most of the women I know say something to the degree of "I need a trainer, I need a class, I need a workout partner, I can't do it at home, I can't go by myself," etc. I've never seen a woman alone in my gym either. There's one I can think of, but she's alone because she is trying to gain territory over an ex that lifts there, too. lol
