Yes, that certainly is cheating.

The ex-gf, at one point during our last communication said the same to me. Just offered it, as a matter of course. There was not discussion that led to that topic, she just added it to the conversation, our last. It struck me as out of place. Up until the break up I hadn't considered that she would cheat on me.

Not until she said those words. It took some months for me to realize it. But there was NO reason whatsoever to bring that up since I hadn't questioned it. It was her way of trying to deny what she'd ACTUALLY done by offering it without me questioning.

It confirmed that she HAD. Which, when I realized it, meant that ALL the other things she said were ALSO bullshit. And, to add insult to injury, the lies then, had been going on for some time. In fact, all the time.

I'm thankful for the truth, hard as it is. Thankful for this sub. Thankful for the truths shared here. And even though we all don't always see eye to eye or get along, or whatever, thanks, Men. You are appreciated. Merry Christmas!
