Is it legal to record conversations between me and my wife on the phone WITHOUT HER CONSENT? I read that many states allow the calls to be recorded as long as one party is aware of it.
I know that you are legally not allowed to place a camera in the bedroom, but are you allowed to place an audio recorder?
Lastly, can video evidence within common house areas (living room) be taken as evidence in the court if the wife was unaware of the existence of the camera within the house?
