Only the process of swallowing and digesting the pill. Once done however there is absolutely no downside at all. MGTOW is actually a very simple and well understood vehicle to enlightenment. Enlightenment = truth. Pre MGTOW there is no more powerful drug than pussy. Nothing affects a mans thinking, beliefs, behaviour, emotions more than pussy.

So MGTOW is a particular strand, but reaching it requires some serious truth and courage and self belief, self love etc... If you can go MGTOW against the most powerful force known to man you can conquer literally anything. AND, you will be quietly confident that you are in the vast vast vast minority of men. As MGTOW not only are you free but you will achieve a sense of quiet superiority/confidence over society as a whole..
