Eitc is such a bullshit thing. It just incentivizes people to have kids and spend as little as possible on them. It's such an insanely huge tax credit something like 40% of households don't pay ANY federal tax due to it. Literally is just redistribution of money to single mothers primarily.

You left out WIC(women infant children) kinda like food stamps but a program just for women and their kids. No men allowed to receive support from WIC.

They live a lot better than the average working class person. Many people who play their cards right with the welfare system live a lower middle class life style. There was a woman here in the UK who had never worked a day in her life. She was christened the "queen of benefits" she had a 6 bedroom house or something and still "wasn't satisfied" with it and she had a fucking horse.

A lot of women, actually planned on living on welfare since their teens and learn how to abuse welfare, since their their teens. Fucked up, considering welfare is supposed be a safety net... I'm a guy, I don't consider myself independent, but i live alone. Sadly what i have is a part time job, and rely on medicaid and ebt, mostly because im trying to adjust my life, if i ever even can, because i worked full time before and the fact that it pretty much left me with little to no time for myself started to stress and depress me so badly, i got to the point of having vivid suicidal nightmares. I already have a counselor to somewhat talk to and thus am trying to see how i can deal with all this. But every time i see a post like this sometimes makes me feel bad for being someone relying on ebt and working part time.
