I live in a very lefty City / Island in Canada ... Starting next year, ALL children will have a mandatory class for 1 hour a day basically conversion therapy turning them into LGBTQ or whatever, starting in Grade 1, they are going to start sexualizing kids.

In the last 5 years, where I live, most men have left, the ratio of female to male where I am is about 10-15 : 1 ... And trust me, Women are getting bitchy and pissed that men aren't wasting their time on them anymore.

Keep it up. Modern Women aren't even Women anymore, they have become Beta Boys, they don't even act feminane anymore, which is a massive turn off

Back in the day, it was male dominated and affordable tuitions. College degrees used to be worth something. Now any idiot can get one via useless gender studies. Yeah, men are leaving because they realize trade schools are much better deals with much better salaries. Like always, women are the last one on trends and last one to get off. I predict more liberal colleges to be shut down in the future.

After marriage, very less women take up those jobs in which they were graduated. Companies will soon realise the scarcity of employees who are willing to do overtime, night shifts and opt for location change.

Despite universities anti male effort to increase female graduates, lack of hard working men who are willing to compromise their comfort zone will have huge blow over the industry. Then companies have to raise their hiring standards to hire more competent people and again end up with more males.

Diversity does not stand where competition starts. In the end only competent people survive.

I actually believe it can be true. Just thinking about it femals can work just like men and are more fearful of their bosses.

It's a pyramid scheme that see men as manual labor force with low income, depending from their women and their bosses plus women depending on their bosses.

What happens when you take the smartest, most driven, most ambitious, most hard-working cohort of a population and disenfranchise them?

I am waiting to see. On the one hand, it can be very, very ugly; on the other hand, it will be fascinating.

For starters, you're depriving your society of the best minds, who, under other circumstances, would have contributed all their talent and all their energy to existing social institutions. But if you are bound are determined to remove them from social institutions, eventually they will understand (they're not dumb, ex hypothesi), and they will take all that talent and energy and put in into something else.

Secondly, you are guaranteeing that existing social institutions will be managed by mediocrities, who will at best only be able to continue to run things as they are. They won't be able to adapt and innovate, so that as incremental changes accumulate, the existing institutions will become less relevant and less effective.

So you've got failing social institutions, and all the best talent being invested into something outside these failing social institutions.

That's not all of it, however. The advent of mass society necessitated by managing the needs of more than seven billion people dictates that only a miniscule proportion of the population ever comes into real power, and most of that real power is held in family dynasties—in other words, inherited power and wealth. One of the carrots dangled into front of talented, energetic young men has always been the prospect to rising to a position in society where access to real power becomes a possibility. The people in our societies (this is true all over the world, by the way) who hold real power could respond by tapping into disaffected men who have been disenfranchised, but they could also drink their own Kool Aid and try to go with the progressivist program. After all, elite universities have been the training and selection ground for the powerful, and if these are 80% women, well, you can see how that will go.

If the power élites dilute their numbers with mediocrities, then real power is up for grabs. They will eventually make a mistake from which they cannot recover, and then literally an entire world of opportunity opens up to the most talented and energetic, but also the talented and energetic who have learned in the school of hard knocks that the past social paradigm hated them for being who they are.
