Your first lay is like your first pokemon. You put a lot of thought into it, you think for 10 minutes about what to name it, you fuckin look up the levels it evolves and try to decide whether or not you want it to evolve at all, all that shit.

As you go along, you stop naming pokemon, you stop trying to evolve them, you have no problem with throwing them away. But that first one is still the most important. I bet you could ask people that haven't played the game in 10 years what their first pokemon was and they could tell you.

Same deal. As you get better at fucking and seducing, pussy loses its impact on you because in truth, it's a homogeneous product.

But do I think it's a "meaningless construct"? Maybe, but I think it would still have an impact on you if there were no movies or books about the importance of your first. It's the first time you got a bitch in bed. It's the most ego boosting rite of passage in a young man's life, so there's a memory there. I think there's a difference between the first time you have sex and the first time you have sex with someone special.

I turned down several offers in high school because I wanted my first time to be special. I held out until 19 and gave it to a girl I thought I was in love with.

Looking back, I really wish I had lost it earlier. Why? One reason was that my first time was shit. Absolute shit. I didn't orgasm, the condom was too thick, it was like most first-times. Had I had some experience, perhaps that first time with someone special would have been more memoriable?

One thing I've been wondering about---

I think it's clear that sex is generally not as big a deal for men. While there is undoubtedly some hamsterizing going on, the girl who refuses to do certain things with her boring beta husband because she was "traumatized" is not being completely dishonest, I think. That won't happen to a guy just from sex. And then we all read Heartiste's excellent piece on how five minutes of alpha ruined a woman for life and destroyed her marriage to a beta.

But, back when I was hardcore bluepill (and young), there was this one girl. Legit 9. I'd learned a bit of pickup, but I had no inner game whatsoever. But what I had was enough at first---she fell, and fell hard for me. I in turn fell hard (and hard) for her. I was planning on marrying her.

Of course we all know how the story ends. Bluepill lameness, in a few months she was cheating with another guy,etc., and hey! some years later, now Dropit has taken the pill.

But here's what I wonder. We're familiar with the concept of the alpha widow. It generally occurs when a woman gives up her main asset---sex and particularly virginity---when she's getting the alpha she craves.

Is there a reverse for men, in which a man gives up his main asset---commitment (and boy was I committed, ha), when he's getting the sex he craves?

We know that too many cocks turns a woman into an unbondable slut. What's the male equivalent of a slut? It is not a manwhore. No guy will actually feel that ashamed if called a slut, despite the dearest wet dreams of feminists.

Guys who stayed virgins for a long time, like past 25, end up building up sex to be this mind blowing thing and get a rude wakening when they finally have sex and don't even orgasm because they're too used to self-stimulation. They also might not like the smell, the sweat, any discomfort or stickiness, and so forth. Once you've had enough sex you forget those things, but you realize how overrated our culture makes sex out to be. Also, I suspect that most girls aren't very good at sex, but this is probably just limited to my mostly-beta perspective, I'm sure they are hot when they are the ones seduced.
