Went out with a neuro surgeon once and could tell pretty fast that this was going to be the only date. Her ex husband owns a government contracting company, and no way she is going to slum it with me long term. She also kept talking about this doctor she worked with and I could tell that she had the tingles for him. She was upset about the fact that he only dated 22 year old bimbos (her words). I had to fight very hard not to laugh out loud and explain it to her. Since I knew this was a one and done thing when the check came and she offered to pay, I let her. All though I did find the conversation amusing in a red pill truth kind of way, there was no way I was spending my money to have my time wasted.

I propose a new societal rule. If the girl is over 25, she pays for the date. The reason being that at that age she is no longer the prize. She is likely 30 guys deep on her resume, has huge amounts of debt, and is probably starting to get desperate to find a "nice guy".
