Welcome to TRP. Just remember "She's not yours, its just your turn".
I read some of your previous posts on reddit dating, and not to be a dick but this is your post on another reddit forum:"I'm 25. My girlfriend is 42. She's been divorced three times, and dated a few guys after that." why do that to yourself? You dodged a bullet
Pro-tip read trp sidebar and I would be very carefully sharing this knowledge with those who are not unplugged.

Sometimes you've gotta break in order to rebuild. Just come back from this stronger.
Having your reality fail - whatever it is - trust in a girl, a marriage, a blue pill idealised notion of the world. But having that fail can cause you to go through some quite serious emotional shit (hence the anger stage being a thing).
Just keep your focus, grow from it, and you'll get to a point when you look back on this moment, and laugh.

Remember, the biggest and most profound growth after a time of pain in your life. It is your body telling you that you need to change your ways.

Feel you, today, 4 years after the break up it changed my life and gave me the motivation to touch the life that i wanted.
Afterwards i realised that it was NEVER about that girl, it was about myself and how you handle rejection. You can either lie down or push yourself up, using it to reach to new heights.
So i envy you, i envy that burning fuel that i had to change myself, the fuel that made me loose 20 kg in six months, the fuel that put me in the training center for 3-4 hours a day. The fuel that made me feel the life i tought never was meant for me.
The journey you will have will never taste as sweet again when you reach the goal.

Thank you all for your replies. I shed tears of joy today (for the first time in YEARS) knowing what true self-love feels like.
Sometimes, you need to be broken in order to rise again as a better, stronger, and more resilient version of yourself.
It was exactly what I needed.
Thanks, TRP community.

Last night I had the most intense, insufferable cry I've ever had in my life. It was the most painful thing I've ever had to go through.
Something horrible must have happened to you, sorry to hear that.
I don't know what the future holds, but I have suspicions that the girl I've been seeing for the past 7 months is probably out talking to other guys. I cried, and cried, and cried...until I broke.
Well, now I'm disappointed. So she talks to other guys, who cares? Is she flirting with them? Meeting them? FUCKING them? Maybe you should realize that at first she wasn't talking to other guys, but slowly realized you're a sensitive spineless pussy and decided to look for men who are rigid. I'm just giving my brutally honest opinion which I believe you should hear. Men aren't scarce, neither are their resources scarce. A solid man with a strong frame is scarce. That's what she didn't have and started looking for.
The good thing is, that you can work on that, and become a better man that gets a better woman. It's difficult to work on it, but it becomes natural once you start to see it and you will slap yourself for the mistakes you have made and misbeliefs you had. Welcome, and frequently ask questions on asktrp.
I realize, now, that I can only rely on myself for my own happiness. I will never trust any woman again, but I know I will always have myself, and that's a beautiful gift of light born of out of darkness. Lesson learned: Self-reliance is self-love. Always put yourself first.
Your happiness ALWAYS comes first. Your NEEDS ALWAYS come FIRST. There is no point in doing something that makes you feel worse. A woman in your life is just an accessory which is nice to have, but can do very fine without.

I'm with you, brother. When my girlfriend who I thought was the one broke up with me, I slashed my wrists which was so fucking stupid especially considering I wanted to break up with her a month earlier. I was a stupid little bitch who couldn't read warning signs. By the time she broke up with me I hadn't had sex with her like 3 or 4 months. Shouldn't have let it get to 1 month. All because I thought she was the one. Your time is too valuable wasting it on some bitch who doesn't care about yours. And don't slash your wrists, even if it gets you a cool scar that you can say you got in a bar fight.

If you haven't been through the pain, then you shouldn't be posting. Everyone else is contributing, are you?

Dude shut up. I'm not a fking beta loser who has to go through 'pain' to have common sense about women and relationships.
