Short of moving to a country that doesn't extradite to the US, you are on the hook for child support. If you don't want the kid, you can do that, but it's pretty radical.

What is your financial circumstance? Some guys would say lower what you earn on the table, to keep payments low, and figure out a way to get paid off the books. Not easy.

Get a paternity test. No guarantee it will save you though.

Ghosting her and skipping town would work for a time, but if your ID ever pinged and it came back as negligible for child support, they can garnish your wages. That's something your employer would have to abide by or else they would risk breaking the law.

Move to another country that doesn't have an extradition treaty. Look up "countries that don't extradite to the us". Move there. Otherwise, you'll be paying her 25-30% of your income for the next 18 years.

You have not much choices here.Ask a lawyer.Most probably you will be forced to pay child support for 18-23 years.Most probably the child support will not me so high because you did not marry or cohabitate with her for long time.Don't think of marrying her or you will be paying much much more money later if she dumps you.

And ask a lawyer.Don't strike a deal as they are not recognized in courts later and you will pay double.The courts are interest to get a share from your money, not interested in private deals where get nothing.

Btw. If a single mom files for any welfare she has to name the father. So even if she doesn't go to court for child support the state will still come after you. As a man you are fucked. Only option is to leave the country. Most places won't extradite for back child support. However, if you step foot in the US again, you can be arrested.
