Dear MGTOW brothers, how do you invest your savings?

Today, I did a firesale on a bunch of equities into government bonds so that's how I invested today because I was in pacific rim tech stocks and since all my measures show there will be a market correction shortly I am getting out while it's mostly on top, before an inevitable slide back down again.

How do I invest? I tend to go with a mixture spread of classic market funds and a spread over highly volatile emerging and tech markets when they're growing, then get the fuck out when things look like they may change, usually making a switch between equities and government bonds in not so much a market timing move, as it is a capital protection move. So I'll go from 14% to 5% for awhile.

Doesn't matter where you live, it matters what you invest in. Germany has whatever tax laws it has, but that has little to do with what you invest in.

Number 1 - invest in you first.

Number 2 - once you've done Number 1, invest in what you know.

I have invested a ton of money most of my life. I've given up luxuries, bottle service, high end alcohol, sports cars, etc. Everyone around me that I know drives Teslas and Audis and sports cars, but I keep buying cars for 10 years and 300k miles and dressing in donated rags because that's my gig and style.

The bulk of my money gets put into the market, because I like to gamble.

Government bonds are, in a western world, pretty safe, as in, if Switzerland isn't paying on their government bonds then zombies have truly taken over and the U.S. capitol is on fire.

So you move in and out of things based on various indicators.

I'd recommend you consider starting your own business while you're younger and have some drive, it's surprisingly easy to make your own business concern. It can be anything, no matter how minor. Experiment. You can make the most money that way and contribute to society.

Have multiple income streams, not just a job and paycheck, that way if things go wrong in one thing, you're covered in other things. Investments, a rental property portfolio, some side hustles, some paychecks, some weekend things. Live at the level of your lowest performing income stream if possible and invest everything else. The benefit of living at the lowest paycheck, so to speak, is that you get used to the lifestyle and making ends meet, while maxing out your money in other buckets.

I love living poor myself. I love making budgets and seeing my cash flow. I like never having to worry about if I go buy something whether I can afford it.

if you're buying something using debt, whether a credit card or a mortgage for a house, you really need to rethink your tactics and strategies.

Think of business ideas, if you put the effort in, your pay-off will be 10 fold compared to most of these "passive" investment strategies. Outside of that, I would say that stocks that pay dividends is a good option if you have a good amount to put upfront.

I don't know if you living in Germany has anything to do with it. But I would go to vanguard's website open account and invest in mutual funds. You want something like 500 balanced growth mutual fund. Make sure you look at their growth over the last couple of years and what what the fee ratio is. You don't want anything over 1%.

Whatever you decide sit down and research a whole bunch of options to get an idea of everything that's out there.

Investments. Booze tobacco guns. Check out the emerging market. Tons of stocks if you wanna play the game. Avoid penny stocks, oil/gas, and currency unless you’re ready to lose money out the gate, they’re very volatile

Currently the sum of all government bonds outside of the USA yield 16 basis points. The stock market is beyond norm, buy gold either physical or in etf form.
