Let's face it, evolution has been haphazard. If we created super real female sex robots, most men won't even desire sex with woman anymore. Of course, that will make the birth rate plummet. That's okay. Humans are fucked up anyway. If we can create excellent AI and androids with them, we could make better humans. Females would be without the despicable and evil instinct of hypergamy and men would be without greed. Both would have instincts of surviving and learning and growing. They could live without oxygen or gravity, making them well suited for space travel. They could travel on a spacecraft to Mars with no need for life support, and they wouldn't arrive with atrophied muscles due to the lack of gravity. If designed right, they could be undamaged by the radiation in space.
Humans are mucking up the planet. Androids could be designed to be eco friendly and be powered by clean energy. It might be possible to transfer a human consciousness into an android. Then you could live for hundreds of years if the technology is that solid, or even keep going when that one breaks down if you transfer to a new android body.
We could upgrade humans from the messy blobs of avarice-filled trash that they now are to being a master race of mechanical beings. We could travel to other star systems if the androids could survive decades of space travel. Female androids could be gorgeous, non-aging beauties with absolute loyalty to their men. They could be good and kind people that never play manipulative games with their men, something that's impossible for human females.
If we went to save the earth and expand humanity to the stars, androids are the way to go.
