I'm getting back on my feet like a lot of guys here and I was wondering how some of you handle this situation

I work in tech as an engineer. Educated and experience going back a couple of decades. Patents and publications, etc. Live in North America.

I had to take a break from work and am now applying again to jobs and run into this issue over and over again.

Most companies like to push their "wokeness" and are huge on diversity, multiculti, etc., crap.

And you see this in industry over and over again. Indians only hire and will work with Indians. Chinese with Chinese. Fucking Russians with Russians. It goes on and on. Most are barely literate. Lots of fake degrees (yeah, they're "real" degrees but most Universities just churn out graduate degrees, Ph.D.'s, etc. now because of the foreign student fees).

English is spoken only as an exception.

Essentially their hiring pages are hanging out a big "Whites, Straights, Christians" NEED NOT APPLY.

Even if you get the position it's just a toxic discriminatory shithole.

Any suggestions from anyone beside just sucking it up?
