I notice women use violence not when they have a grievance, as a man does, but rather, when they can get away with it. In this instance, she knows there is a policy at most work places against beating people senseless, so she takes advantage of that fact (you might call it social “privilege”). They have a job and she doesn’t, so she has the privilege of acting this way without consequences.

The same thing happens inside the family, with women like this. They know they have the privilege of treating men and children this way, so they do it. A long time ago, I realized that is the source of most of the conflict in the world. People brought up by these women take it out on the world.

Men sometimes behave like asses, of course. But generally speaking, they face negative consequences for their actions. This is purely a matter of license.
