That is an obvious bluff from her, she knows you don't even know the 1st thing about a lie detector or truth serum. She knows you wouldn't go that far and would probably just have to take her word for it.

Looks like you aren't red pilled enough to be in this sub. You should go to /r/relationship_advice instead. People around here know that "she isn't yours, it's just your turn" you should only be that dead serious about your GF if you plan on marrying her and I'm sure you already know what we have to say about that.

Oh boy. Just find out who she banged and ask them lol. Just message em and say hey...I have no issues with you but I need to know if my gf cheated. Be real nice, only way to hope that they dont lie. Otherwise they might lie and deny the hell out of it.

Also, lie detector test can be fooled quite easily. The best thing to do is to gather any evidence you have against her or for her (her friends testimony is worthless). Convince her you have ‘let this matter go’ and hire a private investigator. Nothing beats solid undeniable evidence against her. Keep in mind, just because she is willing to take a polygraph doesn’t make her any more or less truthful. Liars use this technique to seem like they are willing to go to such lengths to prove their innocence in the hopes you end up believing them.

I confronted her (stupidly)

You realized that big mistake already. There are lots of (shitty) books on how to spot a liar but I like Lieberman's "You can read everyone" and "Never be lied to again" the most. Mostly, it covers specific examples so read between the lines and abstract from the examples to add the 'principles' to your conversation skills. If you get used to it is almost funny in regular interactions what people trying to tell you and the longer the conversation the worse it gets...

Most importantly in LTR:

Gather information as soon as possible. Do not tell her what you know, keep it for yourself. Do not fall into the trap to give a hint you know something just to feel in control or better. Be smart, be quiet.
Start as soon as possible to get a "feeling" for her baseline behavior. How does she behave when confronted with a made up accusation and she innocent? Do not overdo it; it's unfair!
Compare that to behavior when she is innocent to behavior when you know she is lying. If stakes are not high you won't see much difference. If stakes get higher the emotions and the stress kick in, and will lead to different behavior. Do NOT tell her you know she was lying! Keep that gained knowledge for yourself! She will adapt and get better.
How does she behave when you do not know if she is lying or not but stakes a very, very high?

Saved my ass a couple of times. Twice when stakes were higher. And beforehand it was just startling how well my one ex could lie when I knew she lied. Anyway: Keep quiet! Do not tell her what you know unless absolutely necessary.

P.S.: I did that mistake a LOT: Lying is a serious issues because LTR are essentially build on mutual trust. If you forgive and forgive, and take her back it will get worse and worse because she knows she gets away with it and will respect you less and less.

Realizing that they ALL lie and FAR BETTER than men is one of the reasons I went MGTOW.

I don't understand this. You were told by someone else that she cheated. Why would that person make it up? I can't seem to grasp how someone else would tell you your girl cheated, and not take them at their word.

Imo just tell your gf "so and so said you cheated". If she STILL denies it, she's lying. A faithful girl doesn't have accusations like this thrown her way. Something like this doesn't just happen randomly either. Your girl cheated. It's best to talk about ending the relationship, as hard as it will be. If you stick with her she will do it again. It's not your fault either. Some people are shit people and only think selfishly. I've had my fair share of those women.

Get a tinder or bumble and sleep with some women to get over her if you are still feeling down. But take a break from relationships for a while. 10 years is way too long to jump into anything again soon.
