They are not even attractive that is not why they are good with women, its all about social status, Leonardo Dicaprio is at the top of all actors in fame and popularity, that is why women want him, same for the other actors you mentioned, Dicaprio was never a Chad even when he was younger, he was somewhat attractive but without an acting career he would have remained an average male.
