This is the reductio ad absurdum of the Kant Categorical Imperative. Not everyone is going to choose to have children, no more than everyone is going to choose not to have children. It's women who have a biological clock, who have a desire, some even a yearning or ache, to have babies. That's not our problem, at all, and we as men need to be incenitivized by them to help them do that. We just want to have sex.
