It's all quotas.

Remind yourself that women need to be constantly propped up, because otherwise apparently they fail, but that won't give the "equality" outcome, so you have to prop them up and totally push them at all times.

So it's not you. None of this shit matters in the end. This is all for women because they fail in such record numbers.

They're making sure that women get to fill those cubicles that no one cares about either.

It isn't just women really.

The people that ultimately take the credit are often stealing alot of it from other people.

Ex: Obama getting the credit for killing Osama Bin Laden. The reality is that he probably just signed some paperwork and gave the okay for some plan he didn't make to be executed. While a bunch of other men risked their lives to make him look amazing.

It isn't a left or even a political thing, that was just a good example I can recall off the top of my head.

History is filled with manipulators taking most of the credit for things they barely has part in.

As revisionist history continues to ramp up, I am just awaiting the time when all history and history books are revised to replace all men with a woman, either one that actually existed or one that is fictional. Unless more people wake up to what's going on, I really see this as a possibility.

My company was giving out awards for people who made certain numbers for the year. There was a girl who had been in my department for less than a month. And she got one. For a year of excellence, even though she didn't even have authorization to do the stuff the award was for.

I had the numbers and didn't get squat. I didn't bring it up. I know the game. Don't need any more attention on me than I get

Your frustrations are justified. This needs to be acknowledged and called out more often. Women are overvalued in nearly every area of work and life - no matter how minor their contributions may be. Their beauty..attributes..leadership.. it's redundant and pathetic. There are a lot of level-headed and accomplished women who proved themselves on their own and have called out this bias (Camille Paglia, Christina Hoff Sommers are two..).

We're currently having a vote for who shall appear on the back of the new £50 notes in the UK. The prerequisite is that they're a deceased, British scientist who contributed greatly to the field.

Ada Lovelace was mentioned, a great mathematician and scientist credited for creating the first mechanical computer, The Analytical Machine... Except she didn't, she contributed to Charles Babbage's work... And it was never created so they have no idea it even worked. This is also ignoring the Antikythera Mechanism which is actually a device that was made and worked and was created thousands of years before.

The other lady mentioned is non other than Rosalind Parks who's the new pinup for feminists and how men have been taking credit for women's work. You can literally go on the Internet and people credit her for being the person who actually discovered DNA. Except neither her or her research team who won the Nobel Prize did, it was discovered in the 1800's. Rosalinds contribution? A picture that helped them more accurately design their model. The funny part? There's a push for her to be awarded a Nobel Prize for her contribution but they can't because she's, at best, a researcher and they don't award researchers credit. The even funnier part? Even if they did she wouldn't get credit because she didn't even take the picture one of her researchers did. Who was male btw.

The two most popular candidates for the new design? Alexander Turing, the man who created the Enigma Machine, the father of the modern computer and AI. A man so great his legacy lives on in something as simple as the apple on an iphone ( you ever wonder why the Apple logo has a bite missing?) . Someone who's contributed greatly to science. The second most popular vote is some chap called Stephen Hawkin.
