How do you define a high quality women? I would figure out exactly what you’re looking for (actual partner vs sex) and make that clear with who you try to pursue. Don’t be creepy or entitled to a conversation, you’ll have better luck if you don’t have to force a conversation. I'm 38. it's normal wanting to have someone, but in truth a quality woman will be hard to find for you, not because there aren't good women but because a girl close to your age is at the peak of her beauty and sees the world as her oyster. IMO there’s no harm in dating as long as you keep your head straight about reality. Love is BS and women change 180 at any point. From pretty to ugly, from loving you to hating you. Happens fast too.

Dating is just a numbers game. Maybe 1/1000 women on dating sites is good enough to date.
