I have a comparison how a man and woman treated me over the phone. I've done business with this place for a while. The guy is actually super awesome! Like really awesome! He's professional all the time, even when I have bad news. He is very understanding, helpful and kind. Truly like a friend.

Shay on the other hand is to be avoided. It doesn't take long for her brattynees to come out. I tell her what I want and she asks me a personal question and I say I've never had to answer that question before. She asks me another personal question. I say the same thing. She asks the first personal question again. I say the same thing. She then asks what do you want? I tell her the second time. The rest is a blur but she scoffed at me, almost hung up prematurely and she fought me the whole way.

If she would put that much energy into doing things right, she and everyone she ever met would be much, much happier. I will be writing a very detailed review on both of them on Yelp.
