We won't have the technology to find and reach another Earth Like planet for hundreds of years- if even then. A propulsion system hasn't even been conceived of that could do it- and no energy system has been conceived of that could fuel said propulsion system. We don't even have the technology to land on Mars with a manned return trip (despite what's been claimed).

I'd love my own interstellar space ship, but sadly, it's not possible
