This is ridicules. California Governor has passed a law giving women a break on taxes for certain "products." Why? Because they are for women, even though some could be purchased and used by men, but they'd have to pay a tax. If anyone out there really believes that women are not in charge this should put that to rest. All hail the Matriarchy.
