First off. Language and doctype needs to be specified. Second, li tag should not be a child of body. It needs to be a list tag. Third, formatting is a mess. CSS and classes and ids should be used instead. Forth, indentation needs to follow one rule, it's messy. Fifth, some of the text is less readable because of line changes that goes against how it is displayed in the browser. Sixth, usage of upper and lower case in the contents makes it less readable.

Conclusion, this wont fly with either any validator nor any proof-reader. Bad work.

Indentations are all over the place. When you code, your blocks have a “parent” and a “child.” All children need to be indented one more than the parent. If the block has no parent, you don’t indent.

The text in the body isn’t properly done. You need to wrap it in tags. The paragraph tag ended too early.

Also with the unordered list. Okay, it renders; it’s also bad to do so no one worth their salt will approve of that pull request.

The actual thread says the same stuff.
