Ugly mgtow here. That's the first red pill i swallowed in life. Being told you're ugly and having no women want to fuck you sucks, but not as much as child support and alimony. Prostitutes ARE useful, but you still keep your red pill knowledge. So i just FIRE. :)

My rule is I only talk to them if necessary and never more than what needs to be said eg at work if we are working together on something but apart from that I tend to stay out of their way.

Also some people see themselves differently to how other people see them. They criticize their own looks way more. Maybe thats the case with you.
