I once read that when it comes to women, you don't listen to what they say..you watch what they do.

In many instances their actions don't match their words and I wouldn't consider this an outlier to their normal behavior.

All women are feminists. Some are just better at being chameleons than others. Some are feminists but only want to undo what 3rd wave feminism has done, for example.

For the women who want to be "anti-feminists", I won't stop them from attacking blatant feminists (see this for example), but I would never trust them with anything, I would still not get into a relationship with her (maybe a platonic one and only if I still follow the Mike Pence rule to protect myself). Because women are master chameleons, you'll never know when an "anti-feminist" will suddenly turn against you.

What someone says doesn't matter. It's what they do that does. These are nothing more than empty words. If she meant this, she'd delete her account, learn to listen more than speak, and actually lead by example and do it, but that requires effort like going into the gym. It's far easier for them to just preach online to boost their egos. Mainstream social media, of which I don't include Reddit as it's a forum, is just cancer that fuels mental illness.
