There was a recent case out of australia in which a couple divorced and afterwards she made a separate case for the frozen sperm that had been obtained while the marriage was active. The judge ruled that she had the right to his frozen sperm, aka a "right to conceive". In other related cases, wives have become pregnant either through fraudulently obtaining frozen sperm (forged the husbands signature) or even obtained donor sperm from a sperm bank explicitly against the husbands wishes and the court in each case ruled that the husband was still held responsible for the child support. Hypergamy is now intrinsically protected by law in many countries with other similar precedents.
We also run into the US precedent set forth here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hermesmann_v._Seyer The tl;dr of this case is such: No matter how a woman becomes pregnant (even if by means otherwise considered illegal such as rape of a minor, theft, or fraud), the biological father is still held liable for child support and she has full recognition of parental rights. Based on this, it could be argued that that she has the "right to conceive" from the man of her choice. This would be like saying: If I have the right to retain legal protections to a piece of illegally obtained property, then one should have the right to that property without having to take the action of theft.
In my estimation, it's just a matter of time as governments are going to be forced to address the severe decline in population growth with removal of female rights, immigration of the 3rd world, or through the progression of gynocentrism we already see infesting the family courts now. Guess which 2 are the more likely options?

Richard Lynn, one of the doyens of IQ research, puts Ashkenazi Jewish IQ at about 107.5 - a half standard deviation above the population.
Note that Asians and Whites are also above the population average; Hispanics and Blacks below.
If you run that 107.5 number against the number of Jews in the West, you find that they are way over-represented in many walks of life, IQ notwithstanding. Perhaps some other heritable aspects of temperament are at work?

Jews and early Americans had a huge advantage 250+ years ago since their respective religions required them to read. Even today, majority of people are functionally literate but they can not read.
The second advantage they had, like early Protestants, was the ability to debate. Both Judism and Tradional Protestantism face the question, what is their respective Religions? So if a person says he is a Jew, what type of Judism does he believe in? This means they are able to express and develop their ideas better.
Finally both cultures traditionally put an emphasis on learning. Contrast most feeds on cuckbook versus reddit. Most people on cuckbook are incapable of putting together 5 word sentences.
The difference between white Hispanic IQ and average IQ is *maybe" 5 points. The fact is one can't tell the difference between a white Hispanic and average white American. That they don't do as well they blame on racism.

A quick google search would indicate that this is not a real quote. After I remembered that google is the great satan, and motivated to misrepresent this because of political bias, I tested my conclusion using several other search engines. This confirmed my original findings.
This quote seems to have been pulled out of someone's ass. It seems to originate from a conspiracy theorist who posted "Top feminist from different organisations were secretly recorded by an anonymous user called Agent Orange on a debate with each other if they exhausted their parasitical relationship on men." No recording is presented. No other source of evidence seems to exist.

...In a not so long ago previous (married) life I felt sorry for single women being screwed (ripped off) by car dealerships, auto mechanics, contractors, etc...just because they were too stupid to realize they were being taken advantage of.
