Many years ago I had the honor and privilege of going to a BJJ seminar hosted by Rorian, Royce and Helio (the old man as he called himself). A finer group of men you will never meet. And for the record, in a practice session, Helio kicked my butt twice before I hit the ground once.

One of the turning points of my life was getting a tech job in a positive male environment where we aggressively push for excellence. We care about each other, don't take any bullshit excuses and have each other's backs. It's become a joy to go to work.

I've worked in too many places where under-qualified blue-pilled 'macho' dicks are trying to out-alpha everyone. Or some woman/effeminate fag spends their time politically manoeuvring/48 Power-ing/gossiping, looking for any opportunity to throw you under the bus.

Positive male spaces are to be valued.
