Edit: just read the actual wiki page. It is a type of ad hominem, sorry. I’m still not sure OP would be a case of poisoning the well though, as it depends on the context.

I think a case could be made for why being associated with MGTOW could make someone be, for example, partial or biased against things concerning women. Namely, MGTOWs beliefs of biological determinism which don’t really hold up under scientific scrutiny.
Along with this, so long as the person doesn’t use the association with MGTOW to claim that what the MGTOWer is saying is false, but rather that we should simple reserve judgement, it’s not really fallacious. Saying “I’m not going to listen to you because you post in MGTOW” should be interpreted as the reserving judgment, due to the principle of charity.
The same case could be made for a radical feminist honestly. But if it’s just about some random topic, then yeah MGTOW really doesn’t have relevance.
