TLDR: Ungrateful woman attempted to get me in trouble, I guess?

I quit smoking a while ago, almost a year ago. Today I had a very stressful day due to some family drama.

I really did not want to smoke, but in my mindset I caved in, went to buy a pack. Early morning 4 AM. Sat in my favourite place at the park in a bench, after I parked my car.

I forgot how people would have no shame in bumming off cigarettes from you. As soon as I opened a pack, even in that silent moment early morning, with birds chirping, I saw a woman B lining toward me crossing the street as I lit up one cigarette after a year.

I've been MGTOW for a while now, and when I saw that, I thought oh this isn't going to be good.

She walked up to me, looked kind of crazy, short hair cut, aggressive. Asked me, hey can I get a smoke off you. Now, my intention was not to smoke this whole pack, in fact the idea was to toss it off after a couple of cigarettes.

So I offered her one, Im a huge guy. She came closer. Never thanked me nothing, I went back to my tea and cigarette. She then asked me if I had a lighter, now she got close to me, and saw that Im a huge guy.

For some reason she started to act weird, so I took the electronic lighter I have, she had no idea how to use it. She was not able to light it up. She reached into her pants, and took a lighter, so I ignored her. Her lighter did not work as she kept trying.

Im almost done with my cigarette, as I stood up, I said do you want to try my lighter again.

At this moment, she went insane. She screamed so loudly that, STOOOOPPP ITT!!! STTTOPPP!!! As if I was grabbing her.

I kind of chuckled cuz I was confused like wtf...2 guys who were the road workers across the street ran toward me, and asked if everything was okay.

I was like, I had no idea what the f just happened. I offered her a cigarette when she asked me, and then offered her the lighter, she started to scream. This woman did not say a word. She kept looknig at all of us like someone attacked her.

That moment I realized this was all my fault and what a strange experience. I hopped on to my car and drove away, just trying to decode if this woman was crazy or what she was attempting to do.

My mistake for even engaging with this person. This is the last straw. Does anyone know what happened here, or had any similar experience. This is Toronto of course!
