The brutal honesty is that as a 21-year-old, you have NO perspective. The things you think are a big deal now will NOT be a big deal later in life. This is especially true if you go to a competitive school. For example, I went to a school where everybody did tons of extracurriculars... I lost student senate elections, failed to place in competitions, didn't get hired for jobs I applied for... basically "failed" in a lot of ways. LITERALLY the day I graduated from school, none of that mattered and nobody in the professional world remembered or cared about ANY of it. At all. Your entire college lifestyle, other than internships, is 100% irrelevant to the rest of your life.

Dating and relationships and all of the worries you have are the exact same way. You're only 21, so you're at an age where everything feels like it's a big deal and it defines your character and people will remember your mistakes. They won't. There's actually a psychological phenomenon called the "spotlight effect" where people think others notice them way more than they do. You're suffering from that, and a lack of perspective. If you get in bed with a hot college girl and you can't get it up or you're a bad kisser or you don't know how to make her cum, then this will not define her life, and she will not spend the rest of her years thinking about you. She won't give a fuck. She'll leave the next morning and think "well that was lame, oh well" and then go fuck another dude and literally never think about you again. So why should you feel embarrassed? LIFE GOES ON.

My practical advice is to think about some of the WORST, most embarrassing moments in your entire life. Then look around at your college friends. Do any of them know about any of these moments? Do any of them care? Are any of your current relationships affected by any of that stupid embarrassing shit you did when you were 13 or 14? No? Then why are you putting so much pressure on yourself like anyone in 2 years will give one shit about how well you performed sexually in college?

I dated a girl in college and I never got her off. She broke up with me, dated a douche fuck for a few months, then dated me again. I was going down on her and she was like "no, do it like this," because he DID know how to get her off. So basically I had to learn indirectly through another guy how to make a girl cum. TL;DR - Do stupid shit because you're in college and NOW IS YOUR CHANCE TO DO IT and none of it will matter for the rest of your life. And you'll be better for it.

Your problem is low hormonal system. Stop jerking off. Stop porn. You need complete overhaul because you sound like your confidence level is very low. The core mistake you make imo is that your mindset is set on the results itself, rather than improvement. It feels like you want to accumulate as much knowledge as you can, become the best version and then muster all your courage and theories into one big shot, where you make it perfect and hook up with girl with zero mistakes done, avoiding any embarassment.

That's not how it works. Try this the next time you're in a bar / party - when you walk up to girl, don't think of the result. Concentrate on the improvement. Experiment.
