I won't worry too much, at the end of the day, money talks the loudest and nothing brings in more money that scandal. Women have been complaining about the sexualization of women in Hollywood for decades and more recently video games. They get nothing but lip service. Even if it does get to a point that Hollywood and video games start becoming too vanilla, someone out there who wants to make a lot of money will rebel rake it huge profits from the controversy, and others will then follow. In my time there was huge rage against Eminem and GTA and that just made them more powerful.

The most baffling aspect of all this is why these companies / industries kowtow to these twits despite the fact they're unlikely to see a dime out of 99% of them. Why listen to your customers when you can get a list of totally irrelevant and essentially meaningless demands from a lobby group that would probably still push to get a product banned / blacklisted for violating whatever random fashionable social flavour of the month is doing the rounds at the time.
